Core Yoga

This Core Yoga website is a blog by a yoga fanatic to share with other yoga fanatics about information of yoga and everything else related to yoga and the yoga studio. It contains the journey I took and plan to take in learning more about core yoga in the hope I can pass on my experiences to others. There is a lot to learn and the journey is a continuous one but my passion for the journey is strong and I am very excited to see which direction in life it will take me.

I am only at the beginning of a long journey, and there is still so much to learn about yoga. I plan to write anything and everything that comes to my mind about core yoga and the yoga studio, so topics are always open ended and unlimited. It can be as simple as “What is Yoga?” which to me has different meaning to different people to which yoga mat I like the most for my own practice. I also enjoy reading and researching on topics related to yoga that fascinate me. Feel free to contact me about the yoga topics you may have interest in and I will be happy to help with your journey. I may or may not have an answer but I would certainly be interested hear from you, and may do some research to learn and share with others.

I am now teaching at a Core Power Yoga Studio and am a member of the Yoga Alliance. I am new to the teaching and I enjoy it very much as I am learning something new every day. I am excited to see where it takes me. I enjoy Core Power Yoga studio as it is the style of yoga I like to practice. I like flow yoga and connect breath with movement and adds heat which is always fun and challenging and have articles on hot yoga and a 4 week yoga sequence that I love.

I have included a range of core yoga articles in this blog with many more to come to aid yogis in their practice and teaching that include yoga sequences, intentions, teaching training articles, health benefits, review of products, yoga meditation, hot yoga classes, yoga etiquette, Core Power Yoga sample exam quiz, teacher insurance reviews and some healthy recipes. I hope you come back regularly to share in my yoga experience.
